Ordering Basics

- How do I place a wholesale order?
Add as many cases as you’d like to your cart and check out like any online shop! Each “product” is a case of 12 bottles (e.g., 1 in cart = 12 bottles). Got special requests—like a specific shipping service? Drop us a note at checkout.

- Is there a Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ)?
Nope! Just order by the case (12 bottles each)—no minimum beyond that. Stock what suits you.

- How quickly do orders ship?
Place your order by 12 PM CST, and it ships the same day. After that, it’s out the next business day.

Shipping Details

- How do you ship my order?
Most orders go via USPS Ground Advantage, arriving in 2-5 business days. Need UPS Ground instead? (e.g., if USPS skips your storefront)? Just ask in your checkout note.

- Where do you ship from?
We’re based in North Texas, shipping out of the DFW metroplex.

- Do you charge for shipping?
Not for the lower 48 states— shipping’s on us! Outside that? Contact us for a quote.

Pricing and Payment

- What are your wholesale prices?
Each case of 12 bottles has it's price listed. Need a full price sheet? Email orders@cactusjuicetm.com after applying, though, our pricing on here is always our most up to date!

- Do you offer payment terms?
Short answer: Nope, we’re not a bank! Pay half down, the rest now—full payment keeps it simple.

Getting Started

- How do I apply for a wholesale account?
Fill out our wholesale application before your first order, after that, you're good to go! 

- Do I have to make an account? No account needed, but if you want to, it'll store all of your information so checkout next time is that much easier!

What if my order arrives incorrect or damaged?
Let us know ASAP at orders@cactusjuicetm.com, or call our toll free number, 877-554-5222. (Texting this number is probably quickest though!) We’ll fix it fast.
